During the summit, the OWSD panel featured the WISDOM Programme, highlighting efforts to support and empower women scientists in the Global South. The STAR Scholars Network contributed to discussions on artificial intelligence, global academic collaboration, and inclusive scholarly spaces, emphasizing its mission to foster equitable knowledge exchange.

At the Istanbul Aydın University booth, meaningful connections were formed and ongoing partnerships were strengthened. The university’s presence, along with that of OWSD and STAR, reinforced their shared role in promoting inclusive, globally engaged higher education.

Preparations are now underway for the STAR Global Conference, scheduled for October 2025 in Istanbul.
