On May 8, 2025, the UNESCO Chair on Cultural Diplomacy, Governance, and Education successfully hosted the “Internationalization Centered on International Student Experience: Exploratory Workshop” at Istanbul Aydın University. The event brought together international and local students, university staff, and service providers to engage in meaningful dialogue about the experiences of international students in Türkiye. Through group discussions and collaborative sessions, participants explored key challenges and opportunities in international student mobility, aiming to generate actionable insights and proposals for more inclusive and student-centered internationalization in higher education.
